Add a 'See more' button to the end of the results list, or infinite scrolling of list #34

The app is currently getting the 10 nearest results to you, at the end of the list would be good if it had a 'see more' link to get more - hopefully more data is coming today so this may get more important. Alternatively, implement infinite scrolling.

35 does this but needs reworking for the new design.
