Absolute lambda path #40

Requests to the lambda path seemed to be being carried out relative to the current URL location.

Setting these paths to be absolute to the top level dir seems to fix things.

not seeing the Panel show up if I select a provider and reload the page e.g https://deploy-preview-40--hardcore-euler-a92447.netlify.app/provider/0. But I can probably fix that
