Still a WIP, some basic layout for mobile/tablet sizes.

this needs to go into develop rather than master - tricky to review until that change is made ;)

will look at deploy preview though

couple of things, based on the deploy preview:

header doesn't match design / should be aligned centrally
I think hide the contributing footer on mobile, it gets in the way

Neither are deal breakers but would be good to have them resolved.

These have been resolved now.
