Each tab has a a corresponding Controls, Actions, and View python file that are handled by a fourth main widget file.

Projection and sinogram views are selectable from a dropdown menu in the Alignment tab. ROI controls are simplified with the help of an additional custom_view.py file. Addressed some issues.
