My pull request does make the changes in the help.md files, specifically commits https://github.com/dotps1/WinSCP/pull/112/commits/d8750fe039d8d5c1c5ba84c2c1b74650d2c3de08 and https://github.com/dotps1/WinSCP/pull/112/commits/dc4381d4d2ef1b537aaa4157beb617893bffbf3d. I also modified and committed the xml files which are generated from the help.md files as well.
