RTKPLOT can not load Galileo (.??l) ephemerids #266

RTKPLOT "Open NAV data" menu can not load Galileo (.l) ephemerids, it only allows for .?n .g .h .q .p. Using the . on a .*l file doe not work.

Set the filter to "All (*.`)" and select the file(s).

It will be fixed in the future release.
