RTKCONV Wrong Rinex 3.03 epoch line format #465

Dear colleagues,

In using RTKCONV 2.4.3 b29 I've detected that the epoch lines have this format:

> 2019  2 20 15 29 26.0000000 0 12

However, the Rinex 3.03 standard, page A13 specifies 2 spaces between the seconds and the epoch flag. Therefore, the epoch line should be like so:

> 2019  2 20 15 29 26.0000000  0 12

(note the extra space before the 0 epoch flag)

Albeit a minor detail, this might cause problems in some processing software.

I checked 2.4.3 b29 and b31 but didn't find any problem. The code also seems right (2.4.3 b31 src/rinex.c L2123).

Купили дрон DJI Phantom 4 RTK за бешенные деньги а он пишет ринекс RTKCONV 2.4.3 b29, ни один конвертер не хочет его конвертировать!!!
