System Time Offset #482

I would like to know if there is a way to extract the System Time offset(GGTO: Galileo GPS time offset) when using multi-constellation to compute the PVT in postprocessing.

There are receiver ISBs (inter system biases) in usual receivers. So it is hard to separate inter-system time offsets and receiver ISBs by using these receivers. If you had an ISB-controlled or ISB-calibrated receiver, it is not difficult to estimate inter-system time offset like GGTO by processing multi-system GNSS measurement data.
