Sure, but any idea why RTKLIB performs not as good as Inertial Explorer with this L1 data?
Try to fix using GPS only and keep 3 as ratio

Thanks for the hint. I tried but I could see only a very small improvement...
Did you enter properly the coordinates of the Base Station ? And if you select to extract them from the RINEX header file, please double check the coordinates is right ...
