VRS - Virtual Reference Station #651

Good evening, I'm looking for a system that can create virtual reference bases to use in agriculture. Someone tell me if it is possible with rtklib or if there is some development in parallel?

RTKLIB does not provide VRS generation. Only commercial software supports it as far as I know.
