Antenna height and Rinex header #79

when selecting the position from rinex header in Position Tab, the antenna height is automatically added. Delta E/N/U should then be zeroied and disabled when this choice is made, or better : Delta E/N/U should be set to the rinex header value and the position should not be added the Rinex deltas.

In current configuration, if selecting "from Rinex" and adding the antenna height, the height correction is done twice.
