I dont think it is necessary to create repro for bin/

I think so, too. Maybe maintainers can consider to let those binary be place in https://github.com/tomojitakasu/RTKLIB/releases

and tag the version of them mapping to the source code

I think that it's not that difficult in GitHub, because there are so many small or big project have done that.

If this project wants to keep open source, I think that it's MUCH BETTER to make that more clearly for more people.
