Convert .ubx to RINEX #15

Hi I want to convert .ubx to U-RINEX in the RTKCONV application. I have u-blox M9 standard precision GNSS platform. When I open .ubx on the u-center, it shows the collection of data but in RTKCONV, nothing seems to happen after I push Convert. It should be noted that I use RTKCONV 2.4.3

M9 does not support raw data output.
