Issue with GLONASS NAV-messages from RTCM3EPH #5

Hi

There appears to be an issue with GLONASS NAV-messages not being correctly processed when fetched from RTCM3EPH.

Setup: PPP Static with real time SSR corrections, running continously ROVER: Septentrio PolaRX4 or Novatel OEMV3 (same behaviour) BASE: RTCM3EPH CORR: CLK93

The processing will start fine, but GLONASS will stop working during the night, and no valid GLONASS NAV messages can be seen in the status views (same behaviour on RTKNavi and RTKRecv). GPS works fine.

The same behaviour is not observed when using NAV-messages from the ROVER.

Restarting the processing immediately brings back GLONASS, by the way, so it is not a case of NAC-messages not being present in the stream.
