Sporadic fail on VSCode macOS #139

I click my .pdf in my file explorer.

Sometimes it renders ok.

Sometimes it just renders a blank background. Like this:

Now I've restarted VSCode and it's working, and I can't get it to fail!

I tried leaving the PDF open, quitting, restarting. etc. Everything working.

Is there a way I can collect data when it fails & make a more helpful issue?

I use this pdf viewer alot and this happens to me all the time, I have to close and reopen the pdf until it renders there used to be a refresh button at the top that I just used to click which was much simpler but this has since been removed .

I'd love a fix for this as i open many pdfs through out the day and I find this frustrating
