Behavior when reopening the VSCode #71

Improve behavior when reopening the VSCode. Not when reopening a file. In this case, the state will be initialized as before.

To-Be

[x] Load the preview.
[ ] Restore last viewed position(scroll or page).
[ ] Restore last viewer state(scale, tool, ...).
- overwriting default settings?
