When we select all the text from an open PDF (Ctrl+A), copy it (Ctrl+C) and paste it somewhere, we can see that not all the text is really copied....

It depends where is the current page, so it seems it copy only from the beginning to the currently displayed page, even if the selection is complete (visually, all the text is selected)...
