Hi,

Is it possible to add support for cram (and possibly sam) inputs? Pysam readily supports this. cfr https://github.com/CenterForMedicalGeneticsGhent/WisecondorX/blob/ad25dce18bf3ed0c321fac955186fc9be193d49b/wisecondorX/convert_tools.py#L22-L33
