From times to times emails are mixed into the same tickets #20

Or emails are added as followups into a wrong ticket.

The root cause is the use of the Thread-Index which is based on the subject of the email, and not like a GUID. Will cancel the use this index to select existing ticket, and will only use the ticket references available in the email headers.
