Hello @FabFara This feature is already implemented in GLPI via the rules. Thank you, Regards, Tomolimo
Hi @tomolimo, I checked the rules but I can't understand how to exclude the mail analyzer procession fro a message/receiver based on the rules :( I checked
and
too
Thanks! Fabrizio
Hello @FabFara Sorry I didn't understand your request :) So I reopened the issue Thank you Regards, Tomolimo
I would love a feature in the config tab to select entities where the mail analyzer is active (or inverted where its not active).
Having multiple units, this leads to issues.
One unit likes to merge all mails while the other units sends a mail to all colleagues and want that every reply is a separated ticket. Like "Who needs X?" and each person that replies should have a separated ticket.
Is that possible?
Hi, it's possible to implement a new future to exclude from the analyzer the messages received from a specific mail receiver o mail address?
Thanks Fabrizio
