Good morning,

if a mass email is sent with people in a blind copy, for example, when they answer the first one, a ticket is created, the rest of the responses to that first email are added as follow-ups when they are neither requesters nor observers of that ticket, and even limiting the user's profile so that they can only add follow-ups if they are authors or observers, it continues adding the RVs that everyone does on the same email, skipping the profile settings.

Tickets should be created for each response to this mass email, since these responses, due to user profile configuration, should not be able to add a response to a first ticket since they are not authors or observers, which will generate new tickets.

I guess this will conflict with the ids of the first post being the same as the rest of the replies, and then unable to link to them.

If you send an email to the entire company and blind carbon copy it, when employees forward that email to IT support, a ticket should be created for each forwarding, not adding them to the ticket of the first forwarding.

It could be done that if it is a forwarded email, assign a new ticket instead of considering that it is the same topic.
