Hello. Is it possible to implement automatic reassignment of a task assigned to a group of users to the user who binds himself to the ticket. I'll give you an example. A ticket is created, in which the user fills out a form through the self-service interface. A task is assigned to a group of specialists,

and in order not to enter this task and not reassign yourself as its performer,

just appoint yourself responsible for the ticket, and the task itself would already be assigned to the specialist responsible for the ticket.
