can't install processmaker plugin #185

Hello @tomolimo i installed the latest processmaker plugin on glpi (version 10.0.10), but when i enable it i lose access to glpi web interface! i can no longer access glpi untill i delete/rename processmaker folder in plugins folder. please advice.

Hello @adilbouazzaoui Could you confirm that you followed steps by steps all the installation and configuration wikis of the PM server? I guarantee that if you do so, then everything must be running without problems. Thank you Regards, Tomolimo

Hello @tomolimo yes i confirm that i followed all steps, and i already shared with you the whole configuration. is the plugin compatible with only glpi 10.0? or it can work with glpi 10.0.10 and above?

Has been tested up to 10.0.15

Hello @tomolimo i'm still not able to use the plugin! i tried on different version on different glpi test servers but the plugin still doesn't work! when i enable the plugin i no longer access glpi! i get blank page.

when i check php-errors.log file on glpi i get these errors : 1

and please note that SOAP and INTL are installed on GLPI server:

As long as the server itself is not correctly insalled, you will not be able to use the plugin...

i don't really understand! the plugin is installed on a different server (where GLPI is installed) and not the processmaker server (where processmaker is installed)

Let's fix the server issues before trying to solve the client issues
