Not able to view process case in change or problem #63

I am not able to view process case tab in problem or change. Do i need to do some config changes or code to enable for change or problem.

Hello, For Problem and Change: it's not yet available. It's under development and due for next months. Regards Tomolimo

Hello @tomolimo I have been working on request processmaker and would want to work on change as well as problem types. I would like to let you know that if you've have been already working on change/problem management, I'd like to help you regarding the same and do the development work with you.

Yes, I'm preparing a new release including Problem and Change support for the plugin. This is already well advanced.

Thank you for your proposal, you're welcome. I'm preparing a major release for this, and currently working on several topics like:

  1. multi-cases per items (item = Ticket, Change or Problem)
  2. sub-cases management = sub-processes
  3. New scheme for the Notifications

So I'm going to push the current evolutions to the master branch, and I'll keep you informed. you may connect to the IRC channel dedicated to Processmaker plugin (and optionally server) #processmaker-glpi on https://webchat.freenode.net/

Hello @vikijha,

I've pushed, today, some fixes of the 3.3.0 beta version on the master branch. Ad if you want to use get them, also get a the new app.php file pushed on processmaker server, here: https://github.com/tomolimo/processmaker-server/blob/master/workflow/public_html/glpi/app.php
