Does not work with Kinect SDK 1.0 #11

Using the KinectSDKUserSkeletonGenerator with Kinect SDK 1.0 will raise an 
error:

Failed: Wrong parameter. [80070057] 
(GetSensor()->NuiSkeletonTrackingEnable(m_hNextFrameEvent, 
NUI_SKELETON_TRACKING_FLAG_ENABLE_IN_NEAR_RANGE))

There is no point to support and test on Kinect SDK 1.0. It should be removed 
from the support list.
