I guess that your rubocop command path is wrong.
"rubocop-auto-correct": {
"rubocopCommandPath": "C:\\Ruby22-x64\\bin\\rubocop"
}
As far as I know, windows path is used a single backslash like the below.
C:\\Ruby22-x64\bin\rubocop

works.
