Add math quotes #115

There is a problem when exporting to latex since "<" are not in mathmode they will not be shown correctly. Therefore a simple string-replace has been added to the df.

This was automatically closed when I switched the master branch to main, and I don't see a way to reopen! There may be parts of the PR that should be merged.

Thanks! I've not looked over the changes yet but it would be helpful to have the pull request to review if it's not too much work for you to do.

Please could you just include the changes necessary to address the issue that you've raised? (i.e. without the reformatting)
