1) get_profile now gets skills and full experience history using the paging 2) get_company can now use the urn 3) search_company has added params

OMG, i NEED this commit. The experience history is currently incomplete. If you can finalize this, i would be very grateful!!!

This would be great to have still. I'm only seeing a limited number of work experience records when I pull profiles.
