Move quadrants 2, 3 to the new "separate loading module" for consistency #17

Also: consider moving those "separate loading modules" to a new subdirectory (like astrodendro_analysis.production.IO or something) to clean up the production directory a little.

This last bit ain't required but will be nice especially once #5 is done.

also rename them such that "new" is removed.
