Color-color diagrams are too restrictive #3

Expand the range of color-color diagrams to include all interesting stars! 2.6ish is too low of a cut.

(These are J-H, H-K cc diagrams, as coded in figure_maker.py .)

I've addressed this with commit 9ceeb34. It turns out that only the Megeath-colored cc diagram needed this currently. I'll reopen if other cc diagrams need such an expansion.
