Update "megeath class" figures with new megeath class determinations! #9

In figure_maker, we have a handful of figures that divide things by Megeath class. But now my "nodisk" class is actually drawn from the Megeath data, as opposed to "not in the set of Megeath disks" i'd been doing. So let's migrate those figures over to the correct Megeath class column.

This basically requires importing make_megeath_class_column from table_maker, which is hopefully not too awkward. Yeah this seems to work so far...
