Electron-react-boilerplate: might be better starting point. #1

Electron documentation had this GitHub project listed as a good react boilerplate. Probably a better solution than my current start following the blog post (second commit)

This is now a high priority as it solves the issue #6 problem of require('electron') not properly loading into the react pages
