Need a secondary data source for property and rent values #33

Would be great to have secondary values for the zestimate and rent zestimate for comparison and sanity check.

@Nitsujed - I applied for a rentometer widget to add to the site. The widget takes a zip code as input and returns average rents for 1/2/3 bedrooms houses. This will be a good second source for rent estimates.
