Need a way to estimate rental demand (weak, moderate, strong) for an area based on an address.

A user may want to know what the rental demand for an address

Are you talking about using machine learning to understand the demand patterns of that area or the demand within the users of this application?

Saswath -

The idea is to use machine learning to predict rental estimates for a given area or property address. Because rental values are derived in part from demand, then we would try to predict demand in addition to other factors such as economy. Definitely not an easy task.

Interesting, do you have any data source in mind?

toms3t commented 5 years ago

A few that come to mind: UHaul stats, US census data, rentometer, Zilpy, Zillow.
