Explore the annual American Community Survey from census.gov #84

Can this data be used to analyze properties, neighborhoods, or areas that may be good for investment?

I'm not an expert on economic markets but I found that the survey data is available form an API. which might come in handy if the data is deemed useful. They also made visual representations of the data (link), looking at their categories I think it is safe to assume that at least some of it might be used for predictions.

@Argetan - yeah I've found the same. Now we just need to figure out how to display relevant data that will help investors make a smart decision on buying properties...

Is this still a desired feature? I have already implemented the use of census information for commercial real estate properties before, so I have experience working with this API.

@dbutler12 - Absolutely! I would love to include this data in the property results page if possible. Any data that would help an investor in their analysis of the area would be welcome.
