draft: fixes to the bitlinear implementation

Integrating the feedback from #1

Rewrite the bitlinear to match the updated implementation on kyegomez's repository.

Current issues:

• [x] huge performance decrease on back propagation
• [ ] tests need to be updated for the new shapes
