Update README for building from source and adding to Burp Suite #27

Hey!

Thanks for all of your work on burpbuddy and for releasing it, it's neat. I wrote a few quick notes about building burpbuddy from source and adding it to Burp Suite, just to make things extra clear.

Please let me know if my description is missing something or if there is other useful stuff I could add.
