frab changed http endpoint #18

Hi,

frab just changed the http endpoint for 'vote_dump' to 'export_accepted'.

So, If one has an account with the required rights, the endpoint for the cccv frab instance at 32c3 would be https://frab.cccv.de/en/32c3/events/export_accepted.json
