100 mbps network speed on RTL 8111 at Catalina 10.15.7 #3

Hi. There is a little problem with network speed. I can't get 1 gbps. I have latest available RTL 8111 kext. Motherboard - bois v 1402

Not sure if you can use an earlier version of the kext and give it a shot. Please also isolate the issue that is not caused by the Ethernet cable or modem/switch.
