Hello it woul be very nice if remuco could allowed as well as part of a
remote being able to do x event like keyboard shorcuts. 
Cairo-dock project as now the possibility to allow keyboard command for the
dock wich allow you to control entirely your desktop with few clever
shortcuts.  I think it would be nice to have this implemented in remuco.

Yes, that would be nice and there a good chances that this features gets
integrated into Remuco in the future, as a significant part of
functionality already exists with Remuco. But this is not on top of the
ToDo list for 2 reasons:

1) The main focus of Remuco is smooth and two-way media player interaction
which differs from traditional one-way remote control systems which simply
send key events to the computer.
2) There already exist remote control systems which translate key strokes
on a phone to certain events on the computer, for instance anyremote and
BluePad.

With this in mind, do you have specific reasons why you would like to see
these functionality in Remuco anyway?

AH i ve  never heard about x event through a mobile phone..Your application
is so simple and now that you ve got so much feature i though it would be
cool to implement. 

Why would i like to be implemented ? Because there is a missing link in remuco.
How do i open my application with my mobile phone? 

 Shortcuts via keyboard can launch application. so if you implement a
master application to launch the applications via your mobile phone you are
sorted.

I ve made a little stuff via xwii and cairo-dock but it could be even
better with remuco because if you are far from your laptop you could read
wich song or film you are going to watch

My phone actually has a remote control application as standard. It believe
it works just like any other Bluetooth input device such as mice.

The point about starting a media player remotely is a good one.
This would require some structural changes, so maybe this is a feature for
0.10 or 0.11.
Until then I recommend to let your player run all the time ;)

My phone too. I think all recent Sony Ericsson devices are able to act as
an HID by default.
