Proper support for multiple MFs in Endpoint #20

Using the support formats functionality from #18, make some decision in Endpoint about which formatter to use. Give a useful error message if no MF supporting given format exists.

Currently hardcoded, as dynamic registration of MessageFormatters is hard.
