Option to disable middle-click closing tab #502

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have window open to any ssh client
2. middle-click on tab rather than window
3. tab closes, even if it was not the intent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Closing the tab with a middle-click should be an option, not a forced behavior
as it is now. Alternatively, this is an option taht should have a confirmation
prompt. It is way too easy to middle-click on the tab by accident, such as
when copying text from one tab to another, and you meant to first make that tab
active and *then* paste. I don't mean the function has to be removed, but it
should be an optional behavior.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4.0.4 on MSWin7
