Block styles won't update in the Customizer #1076

Description

When adding a GB block within a widget area in the Customizer, the styles are not updated unless the frame is refreshed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a GB block to a widget area in the Customizer.
  2. Click the 3 dots to the right of the block toolbar and select "Show more settings".
  3. Change any option (padding)

Expected behavior

The padding should update

Actual behavior

Nothing changes unless the page within the frame is reloaded.
