As I have mentioned in the past, I believe Generateblocks in future updates should focus at least for Product Stores design.
What it would usefull is to create Products Layouts Patterns, that can be hooked in the categories and remove the old layout pattern from Woocommerce itself, I know that you can do that with Woocommerce Blocks but for now this does not work well with Generatepress as there are some know issues that have not been yet solved.
