No border-color option in responsive view leads to no border showing in #1170

Description

The borders setting is missing border-color which leads to no borders showing in responsive views. https://app.screencast.com/BqWyOILOrY5rh

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a button or container, set border width to 5px, choose a border color.
  2. switch to mobile view, set border width to 3px.

Expected behavior

The border shows on mobile with 3px width with the same color as desktop border.

Actual behavior

Borders on mobile have no color, looks like no border.
