Tweak: Bulk insert UI #1182

This PR tweaks the bulk insert UI in the pattern library.

  1. Moved the bulk insert button above where the selected patterns go
  2. Collapse the categories in a dropdown menu when selected patterns exist
  3. Improved UI of selected pattern border/icons
