[BG 2.0 alpha] Display a notice when upgrading from GB1 to GB2 blocks #1489

I see a large number of users that are not seeing the new blocks after upgrading from GB1 to GB2 as they are not aware of how to upgrade the blocks from the settings.

Might be a good idea to display a notice somewhere after a GB2 upgrade from a previous version.
