[GB 2.0 alpha] Background image is not shown #1502

Description

When adding a background image to a container, the image is not shown neither in the backend nor in the front end

Steps to reproduce

  1. Insert a container.
  2. Add 200px top and bottom padding
  3. Insert a background image.

Expected behavior

Image should be shown in the editor.

Actual behavior

Image not show in the editor neither in the front end after saving the page.

Applies both to local and global styles. Tested with Chrome.

@tomusborne I don't see this fixed in the 1st beta, is the fix up for the next phase?
