New release with update dependencies #662

@tomusdrw would it be possible to release a new version with the update dependencies? The ethabi v16 for example is already 9 months old

There haven't been any new PRs reviewed and merged lately, so I'm wondering if you plan to maintain the crate in the long run or if you're temporary occupied with other things?

@tomusdrw bumping this issue 😄 It'd also be great to have the new 0.19 version pubilshed on GitHub and crates.io!
