On mobile there's something wrong w/ the height of either the nav bar, or the menu items:
I just kind of hacked that navbar together to get something that would work w/o JavaScript. However, #13 is going to require either a search form or at least a search nav link, so we'll probably need to add something like https://react-bootstrap.github.io/components.html#navbars
